Mission Statement: Tegrity strives for excellence in construction through relationships to bless others for the Glory of God.

The owners of Tegrity Contractors, Inc., Roger and Trish Roulette, have embraced charitable work since the company’s inception in 1998.  Tegrity looks for ways to improve the quality of life for those less fortunate.  Examples of local acts of kindness include, but are not limited to:

- Purchasing & repairing automobiles

- Providing clothing

- Construction repairs

- Demo and rebuild of church camp facilities

- Pregnancy center construction

To further and increase mission work, a non-profit foundation was established that allows donations from both Tegrity and individuals.  This foundation is known as the 777 Foundation.  The 777 Foundation blesses others both internationally and in our own backyard.

Tegrity Contractors, Inc. offers every employee the opportunity to go on a mission trip annually.  It is a life-changing experience both for the ones being blessed as well as the ones serving in the mission field

Our team served in Juneau, Alaska during mission trips in both 2024 and 2025. In 2024, we replaced the pastor’s roof, landscaped the church grounds, built a barn for firewood, and installed a fence along the river. This two-week trip marked our first mission with two teams serving together in Alaska. In 2025, we helped with framing and roofing for a new kids’ wing addition at our partner church, strengthening our ongoing partnership and impact within the community.

Dominican Republic November 2022 & 2023

Our team traveled to Puerto Plata in both 2022 and 2023 to serve the local community. During the 2022 trip, we built a retaining wall for a local church and replaced a deacon’s leaking roof, providing greater safety and shelter during tropical rains. In 2023, we painted more than seven home exteriors and helped close in the roof of a second-story addition for a church member’s house. Through each visit, we strengthened relationships and shared meaningful fellowship with the community.
